In a safe, supportive environment, you’ll work one-on-one with a skilled therapist using evidence-based methods like EMDR, somatic therapies, and parts work to target and resolve the root of your trauma.

Consultation:
15-minute consultation calls are available for screening of needs, trauma history, and to assess what trauma methods would best meet your individual needs.
Assessment:
If you and the therapist agree that trauma treatment intensives may be a good fit for you, the next step would be to schedule an hour-long diagnostic assessment to gather more information. The therapist and client may schedule additional follow-ups to build rapport and gather trauma history, develop safety and support plans, and prepare for coping and care during intensive treatment.
Trauma Treatment Intensives can be powerful, but each client’s experience is unique. Sometimes, progress occurs rapidly, with deep insights and healing experienced immediately; other times, it may develop more gradually. Both experiences are perfectly acceptable, and there is no right or wrong way to proceed. As we work together, we may uncover unexpected themes that require attention, and we can have collaborative conversations to focus our time effectively when this happens.
While Branch Counseling and Trauma Center cannot guarantee specific outcomes, our therapists have confidence and competence in the intensive approach, having witnessed many clients leave with significant shifts in their mood, presenting symptoms, and their lives overall.
