1. Program Fee and Payment Terms
Enrollment in the Intensive Program requires 50% non-refundable down payment of the
program fee in order to secure participation and reserve a place in the program.
Adolescent Intensive Week= up to 15 clinical hours in a week (=$2100)
Adult Intensive week=up to 30 clinical hours in a week ($4200)
Intensive Trauma Processing Comprehensive blocks of time for intentional trauma
treatment processing also available based on therapist availability and client’s needs.

2. Non-Refundable Fee
All fees paid for participation in the Intensive Program are strictly non-refundable,
regardless of whether the participant elects to commence, complete, or make use of the
program, in whole or in part. No refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements will be
issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal
circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or participant withdrawal.

3. No Transfers or Deferrals
Program fees are non-transferable and may not be deferred to a future program or
applied to services or products other than the one originally purchased. Enrollment is
specific to the individual and the scheduled program dates agreed upon at the time of
payment.

4. Cancellation Policy for Intensives: 72 hours in advance. Rescheduling will
occur as therapist and client’s schedules permit due to illness, etc.

5. Acknowledgment of Terms
By submitting payment, the client affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed
to the terms set forth in this Payment and Refund Policy. This agreement constitutes a
binding financial commitment to the Intensive Program.
